This is a pair of aluminum rail-mount hinges with quick-release safety pins and self-tapping screws for mounting.  It is mounted in front of the factory-installed hinges and allows the canopy arms to be moved forward so the canopy can be laid back flat for trailering.  Comes with mounting instructions.
